Our goal is to provide you with the best user experience, and while we do not expect you to utilize this newest addition, it is here to help when needed, even if that is rarely! Now, when you experience an error in the software, Ninety will immediately notify you that there is a problem.
This means if something doesn't save or a page is not loading, an error message will appear at the bottom right of the screen. This message will give you some direction to what the problem is and ask you to refresh your page to try again.
In the example pictured to the right, the internet was disconnected and the todo could not save.
If you come across one of these errors, try to refresh your browser and try again. If you see the message again, please contact our team via the live chat that is right below the error!
