Technical Recruiter

As the Ninety organization continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking to bring on a driven Technical Recruiter who will source and interview candidates for roles at all levels across the organization. The right candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and ensure lasting and successful placements. The Technical Recruiter reports directly to our Head of Talent, working in collaboration with Ninety’s HR Generalist to provide an exceptional candidate experience as we scale our organization.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS company and recruiting across the organization for technical and non-technical roles. Primarily recruiting for technical roles including Quality Assurance Engineers, Developers, Architects, and other roles within an Agile environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence a leadership team  
  • A proven track record with negotiating with and persuading candidates in a variety of technology fields
  • Sourcing candidates using a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods to find and assess candidates 
  • Experience in, or are excited to work in an early-stage environment
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic high-growth environment, manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles to help management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Conduct interviews via phone and Zoom and assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent pipelines
  • Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
  • Set hiring goals 
  • Track recruitment measurables in the Ninety App
  • Work closely with the HR Generalist to move candidates through the pipeline 
  • Help build and improve upon Ninety’s recruiting processes 

What Success Looks Like:

  • Roles are filled within 90 days 
  • A great candidate experience from beginning to end and seamless onboarding transitions 
  • Able to build relationships within the industry/different verticals, to be aware of current market trends and best practices 
  • Building multiple passive pipelines in the technology and other key areas 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of full life cycle recruiting experience  including at least 1-2 years in technical and/or executive recruiting
  • Approachable and maintains a professional attitude
  • Open to learning with aspirations for growth
  • A collaborative approach to build strong relationships
  • Detail-oriented and effective time-management skills
  • Google Workspace, Zoom, LinkedIn Recruiter, other ATS experience 

QA / Automation Engineer

The QA/Automation Engineer will be an integral part of our growing team responsible for thoroughly testing, both manually and automated, our products. This role is crucial to our commitment to provide our customers with the best product on the market while at the same time keeping our engineering velocity high.

Demand Gen Analyst – Remote

As the Ninety organization continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking to bring on a Demand Generation Analyst who is insatiably curious, embraces the unknown, and loves to follow the data with others to identify opportunities and create growth sources for our business.

You are an enthusiastic data analyst who will help identify sources of demand generation opportunity and growth, and who is passionate about the role data can play in building scale in a rapidly growing business. Some of the key responsibilities this position will enjoy are:

  • Obsessively optimizing our conversion rates, across the board.
  • Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns, across a range of data sources
  • Performing campaign analysis and research on the effectiveness of new and existing tactics
  • Working hard to make obsolete what worked in the past, and replace it with newer, more relevant and more effective replacements

As the Demand Gen Analyst, you will collaborate with our digital marketing and content teams across all stages of our marketing campaigns - planning, implementation, and most importantly, performance optimization. Your insightful obsession with performance improvement will help develop, expand and improve our demand generation.

This role will help you hone your marketing skills and keep yourself at the leading edge of marketing demand gen innovation. You’ll naturally become fluent in the most advanced digital marketing tactics and strategies.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A demonstrated strong desire and insatiable desire to learn
  • A proven track record of adopting new and innovative approaches to driving demand gen performance.
  • Strong and comfortable verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluid knowledge of data aggregation techniques and tools
  • Familiarity with Domo is a plus
  • Google Analytics Expert including building custom reports
  • Strong logic and reasoning skills.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Perform campaign, market analysis and research on competition
  • Collaborate closely with the team’s Search Engineer to continuously improve our organic and paid search performance

What Success Looks Like:

  • Conversion rate improvement, across all stages of the buyer’s journey
  • Quantifiable campaign performance improvement over the life of the campaign
  • Publishing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual demand generation performance reports with recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborating across the marketing team, and across the company, to ensure marketing campaign performance is informing our go-to-market planning
  • Ability to spot trends and tell a story about why data may be shifting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to employ profound intellectual curiosity and rigorous analytical skills to create actionable insights, producing campaign performance improvement
  • Fluent in common data analysis software platforms such as DOMO, Google Analytics, Excel, SEO Moz, SEM Rush, Hubspot
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new methods, tools, and technologies on an ongoing basis
  • Thorough familiarity with conversion-rate-optimization techniques
  • 5+ Years proven data analyst experience within a SaaS or technology company 3 years or equivalent position experience where working with data is a primary responsibility.
