The ability to create To-Dos and IDS items on the fly within the meetings has been super helpful.
Adam Collings|VP of Revenue Operations, Redi Group
[Before Ninety,] meetings would start off focused, but before long they turned into open-ended conversations. We were not consistently solving the issues that mattered most.
Ragani Lal|Talent Development Coach & EOS® Champion, U-Lock Mini Storage
[Our founder] doesn't have to attend every single L10, but he does get an email after every L10 is complete… It allows transparency within the teams and [helps] identify problems early.
Scott Miker|Director of HR & Strategic Operations, Roundstone Insurance
[Without Ninety] there is no way to do this with a company as large as ours. Ninety gets us aligned from top to bottom. When you grow like we do, that is invaluable.

The shift
What changes when the meeting lives in one place
Before Ninety
Scattered- Agendas, Scorecards, Rocks, issues, and To-Dos are scattered across spreadsheets, documents, and other tools.
- Meeting leaders spend time collecting updates and preparing materials before every meeting.
- Conversations drift, agenda sections run long, and important topics get rushed or postponed.
- Decisions get made, but ownership is unclear and commitments are easily forgotten.
- The same issues resurface because teams lack a consistent way to prioritize, solve, and document them.
With Ninety
Connected- The agenda, Scorecard, Rocks, issues, and To-Dos are connected in one shared workspace.
- Current Scorecards, Rocks, issues, and To-Dos are already connected to the meeting and ready to review.
- A structured agenda and built-in timers keep the team focused, on topic, and on time.
- To-Dos are assigned as decisions are made, carried forward, and summarized in the meeting recap.
- Teams prioritize their most important issues, solve them using IDS, and keep a record of what was decided.

How it works
One connected meeting: before, during, and after
Open the agenda instead of rebuilding it from spreadsheets, slides, and notes. Ninety's default L10 agenda pulls in the Scorecard, Rocks, issues, and To-Dos your team tracks in the platform so everyone starts with the same view. Before you start, ask Maz to find issues the team hasn't captured yet or to flag which Scorecard measurables need attention so they're on the list when the meeting opens.
Every segment has a visible timer. If the conversation drifts, any attendee can flag the tangent and everyone sees it. Work through issues and assign follow-up as To-Dos without moving the meeting into another document.
When you conclude, Ninety keeps the meeting record with the issues and To-Dos created along the way. Team members who missed the meeting receive the recap automatically so they can see what happened without a separate catch-up. Between meetings, that record stays in Maz's context so anyone on the team can ask what was decided, what's owed, and who owns it.

Questions teams ask before they start
How is Ninety different from running the meeting in a shared document?
A shared document holds information. Ninety connects the meeting to the work your team tracks during the week. The default Level 10 agenda pulls in live data from the Scorecard, Rock, Issue, and To-Do tools, while timers, meeting ratings, and recap delivery remain part of the same platform. Everyone sees the same screen, so remote and in-room teams stay on the same segment.
Do we have to run EOS exactly by the book?
No. Ninety includes the standard Level 10, Quarterly, and Annual agendas for teams that want to run EOS in its purest form. Teams that need to adapt can customize meeting agendas, tool names, layouts, and settings to fit how their business operates.
Can Ninety move the information we track today?
Yes. Ninety's team can upload 13 weeks of Scorecard history along with your active Rocks, To-Dos, issues, V/TO, Accountability Chart, and Directory, typically within one to five business days.
Can we start without a Scorecard or Rocks?
Yes. Skip those segments, run the Segue, work your Issues List, and review To-Dos. Teams often add the Scorecard and Rocks as the weekly habit takes hold.
What happens to issues we don't resolve during the meeting?
They stay on the Issues List and come back at your next meeting. Nothing is lost between meetings and nothing has to be re-entered.
Can our EOS Implementer® use Ninety with us?
Yes, if you invite them. Coaches get a Seat on your team and can review Scorecards, Rocks, and meeting ratings between sessions, at the access level you choose.
Does Ninety show whether our meetings are improving?
Attendees rate each meeting from 1 to 10 at the end, and Ninety tracks those ratings over time. That way you can see how the team perceives each meeting and spot trends worth discussing.
