Unlock Deeper Team Insights with Just a Few Clicks
Open Insights: Click the “Insights” tab in the left-hand navigation menu to access reporting tools.
Choose a Data Category: Select a tab at the top — Rocks, Meetings, To-Dos, Issues, or 1-on-1s — to explore different areas of your team’s performance.
Drill into the Data: Press the Expand Details button in the right corner of a widget to view detailed drill-ins, giving you a closer look at ownership, completion, and other key metrics.
Take Action with Context Menus: In the drill-in view, right-click a line item or click the three-dot icon to open a context menu. From there, you can quickly create or link related items — such as Rocks, To- Dos, Issues, or Headlines — without leaving Insights.
