Jonathan B. Smith is a best-selling author, entrepreneur, Black Swan negotiation trainer, and business strategist. Trained in Tactical Empathy® by former FBI negotiator Chris Voss, Jonathan helps leaders navigate high-stakes conversations with clarity, confidence, and connection. Jonathan authored the best-selling book Fight Less, Win More, where he and co-author Derek Gaunt reveal how to apply field-tested negotiation techniques, from active listening to uncovering hidden motivations, to everyday business and personal interactions. As an Expert EOS Implementer™, Jonathan has worked with over 150 high-growth entrepreneurial companies in more than 1,500 sessions to help them improve strategy, execution, and results. Since 2013, over 50 of his clients have successfully exited their businesses. His passion is helping others believe they can achieve what they once thought was impossible. Jonathan is a Commercial Pilot, dog trainer, and avid offshore fisherman.
