Release Notes: October 2025
This month’s updates make it even easier to create alignment and accountability inside Ninety. From smarter Rock drafting to clearer visibility into team roles, these enhancements are designed to help you simplify, clarify, and strengthen how you work — all in one place.
3rd Party Draft Rocks
Maz can now help you draft Rocks for anyone on your team — not just yourself. Whether you’re a Coach leading a session or a Scribe capturing team goals, Maz now behaves as though it’s interacting directly with the Rock owner. Simply switch the owner, click the Maz prompt, and insert the Rock details — all without leaving your flow.
This update makes it simpler to use Maz in live sessions, ensuring every team member leaves with strong, well-defined Rocks that drive alignment and accountability.

Accountability Chart Updates
Additionally, we’ve made a pair of updates to the Accountability Chart to bring it even more in line with EOS® best practices and to make it easier to understand who’s responsible for what — at a glance.
Seat and Name Order
Seat layouts have been updated to display the Seat Title first, followed by the Seat Holder Name. This change better reflects the EOS principle that “People occupy Seats” rather than the other way around. It reinforces that each Seat represents a set of responsibilities and outcomes — and that individuals are accountable for fulfilling those responsibilities.
Expanded Card Size
Seat cards now display up to five roles/responsibilities before scrolling. This makes it easier to view the full scope of each Seat’s responsibilities at a glance and helps teams quickly assess accountability across the organization.
