Here's How to Get Started

You can begin rolling Ninety out to other teams in three easy steps.

  • Step 1

    Create Team(s) and Invite Users to the Platform

    Adding your department-level teams to Ninety and adding them to your Accountability Chart lets you experience organizational efficiency and alignment via To-Dos and Scorecards. Plus, you’ll see increased transparency with team-level Rocks aligned directly to your company’s V/TO®.
  • Step 2

    Prepare Teams for Level 10 Meetings

    With your new team(s) created in the platform, you can start preparing for your Level 10 Meetings. Decide on the cadence and timing of your meetings, customize your agenda, and have your teams add their Rocks, Issues, and Scorecard data. We can always help with uploading your info all at once.
  • Step 3

    Establish Meeting Pulse with a Quarterly Focus

    Now it’s time to realize the power of Quarterly Pulsing™ in the Ninety platform. Host the most productive Level 10 meetings you’ve ever had, and leverage the additional tools that’ll help you prep for quarterly planning with your teams, such as a departmental V/TO that aligns with the company’s objectives.
